I have met Grant in-person during the SQL Day 2016. Grant delivered a workshop and two great sessions that days. He also visited Poland and attended SQL Day 2019 – again doing great workshop and sessions.

Of course he has been one of the most recognizable person long time ago!

You know him probably as the ScaryDBA but Grant is also the RedGate Product Evangelist.

Grant has been Microsoft MVP since 2009 and he is a very popular author (“Execution plans”) and speaker on many world class conferences (PASS Summit, SQL Bits, SQLDay, TechEd, many SQLSaturdays – to name just a few).

Grant also holds the position of PASS President.
